The FOR Cardiff Board and Team would like to thank the 70+ businesses who attended the Annual Showcase event on the 12th June 2018 at The Cornerstone.

Businesses enjoyed wine and canapes before Chairman, Simon Phillips welcomed all attendees and spoke about his passion for Cardiff and what the BID had delivered over 2017/18 and his aspirations for FOR Cardiff to be one of the leading BIDs nationally. 

Executive Director, Adrian Field then took to the stage to outline the key successes of the last year and the future for FOR Cardiff.

Including the announcement of:

• £150,000 City of Arcades campaign
• Two FOR Cardiff dedicated Police Officers
• The developments in Mill Lane
• Signage Audit to improve way finding city wide
• Aspirations for the 2018 Christmas Campaign to be bigger than the reach of 5.2 million from 2017
• Opening St John’s Gardens to the public again and a programme of street entertainment
• Major event support to ensure they work for all sectors
• A homelessness business charter
