Since its creation in 2013, Wales’s landmark Active Travel Act has helped to improve infrastructure and significantly increase levels of walking and cycling in Wales.
Walking, cycling, and using public transport instead of cars for our daily trips offer great health benefits for both us and the environment. The Active Travel Act pushes local authorities and the Welsh Government to create better active travel networks, making it easier for people to walk and cycle instead of using cars.
To mark the Active Travel Act anniversary and promote easier access to active travel, FOR Cardiff would like to showcase the active travel discounts available on The Card, our membership program for employees of our member businesses.
