Starting February 9th, Terra Mare will launch their new Italian Sunday Roast, blending tradition with a contemporary flair.
A thoughtfully crafted set menu, will offer two courses for £30 or three courses for £35; the menu, curated by Chef Francesco Germinario, fuses his Puglian roots with his London-honed culinary expertise, showcasing the rich flavours and traditions of southern Italy with a modern twist.
Terra Mare’s intimate fifty-cover dining room, adorned with opulent dark green panelling and cosy booth seating, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for leisurely Sunday lunches with family and friends. Complementing the experience is a curated selection of wines, cocktails, and premium drinks, ensuring a relaxed yet refined setting.
Sample Sunday Roast Menu
STARTERS
· Burrata: Heritage beetroot, chard, sea lettuce, pumpkin seeds
· Bruchetta: Straciatelle, anchovies
· Pork & Veal Meatball: Tomato sauce, parsley pistou, parmesan
MAINS
· 28-day dry-aged sirloin with sharp romesco
· Crispy pork belly with apple sauce; or
· Roast chicken supreme
Each of the above roasts is accompanied by a Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes & rosemary, honey-glazed heritage carrots, spicy red cabbage, cavolo nero, & black pepper gravy.
Alternatively, choose from:
· Mussel & clams, spaghetti, garlic, bottarga
· Roasted aubergine, tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella, spenwood
DESSERTS
· Amalfi lemon tart with clotted cream (v)
· Ice cream & sorbet selection, homemade honeycomb
· Italian cheese, date chutney, polenta crackers
