March 2025 – This spring, The Ivy Cardiff is inviting guests to unleash their inner artist while enjoying a night of fabulous food, drink, and sophisticated fun. With a carefully crafted set menu filled with The Ivy favourites, guests are invited to see in the spring season in style with friends, family, and loved ones.
Available to book now, guests can expect an evening filled with relaxation and creativity, with each event showcasing a unique painting theme — ‘Lanterns’ or ‘Funky Flowers.’ So guests will be in for quite the artistic adventure to finish off the month.
From vibrant canvases to decadent dishes, guests can expect a menu that combines The Ivy’s classics brought together with a celebratory touch of the season. To start, the selection includes delights like Robata Grilled Chicken Skewers and Fried Halloumi with red pepper purée. For mains, guests can choose from renowned classics such as the Slow-braised Goose, Lamb and Beef Ragù Pappardelle or the Pan-fried Fillet of Sea Bass, complete with a delicious, creamed potato.
As the evening unfolds and beautifully curated dishes have been enjoyed, participants will be guided by professional artists from Brushstrokes Porthcawl, ensuring everyone leaves with a personal piece of art.
As the night approaches its end, guests will be able to cherish their new artwork and experience the joy of creating something beautiful by hand.
What’s more, The Ivy Cardiff will also be catering for those looking to enjoy a unique night out with a flavour-packed experience. Guests can start off their evening with a sparkling glass of Prosecco followed by two courses and a side dish to help fuel their creativity.
