The Ivy Asia’s new summer entertainment series, Elemental Nights, is set to hit its Cardiff restaurant on Thursday 27^th July.

Offering an evening of live performances, delicious cocktails and Asian-inspired summer dishes that showcase the sensory elements of water and fire, the event is designed to set the senses alight.

Guests will be able to enjoy refreshing cocktails and fusion flavours from The Ivy Asia’s new summer menus, with dishes including salmon sashimi with yuzu kosho, sesame-crusted prawn dumplings with ponzu and daikon, and caramel and mango sorbet.

Performances on the night will include DJs, live saxophonist, percussionists and dancers.
