FOR Cardiff Statement on the UK’s Gender Pay Gap
The UK’s gender pay gap means that women work 52 days of the year without pay.
“FOR Cardiff’s negative gender pay gap shows that women on average are paid more across the company. With a staff team of just 16, these figures are quite changeable but we believe that transparency on salary is a key part of the fight for truly equal pay and we encourage other Cardiff businesses who aren’t legally required to produce this information to look into it for themselves. The gender pay gap must be reduced, and ultimately removed, to make Cardiff a true equality city.” – Carolyn Brownell, Executive Director of FOR Cardiff
