Cardiff Against Business Crime (CABC) is an accredited Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) that is dedicated to protecting businesses premises in Cardiff and making the city a safer place for customers, clients, and employees.
All CABC member businesses benefit from a state-of-the-art digital radio system, CityNet radio. CityNet has resulted in significant savings and superior service for hundreds of city centre businesses, with 78% of businesses rating the service as excellent. Members also gain access to an essential incident and intelligence sharing platform, SentrySIS, which provides up-to-date photos of suspects and known offenders.
CABC has also launched a civil notice exclusion scheme. This works by denying offenders access to all member premises, thereby preventing, or deterring crime, reducing business losses, and improving security for staff and customers. CABC will provide a secure database that identifies those excluded under the scheme and to facilitate wider intelligence sharing across the partnership.
