With a new menu of carefully crafted mocktails and no / low alcohol beer and wine, just because January is dry, it doesn’t have to be boring.
This January, The Ivy Collection is launching an innovative menu of mocktails using exceptional alcohol-free spirits and energising flavours, alongside low and no alcohol beers and sparkling wine. Perfect for enjoying while connecting with family and friends, post festive period, the Social Sips range provides a great reason to get out and socialise without breaking any “Dry January” or New Year wellness goals.
Low and no alcohol doesn’t mean no and low flavour when it comes to the innovative mocktails making up the Social Sips menu. The Geranium Collins gently blends Tanqueray 0% with Geranium syrup and Ginger Ale, topped with fresh Mint and Lime for a refreshingly light tipple. For something fruitier and more vibrant while catching up with friends, the Orchard Lemonade is just the trick; warm and aromatic Seedlip Spice 94 joins Apricot and Elderflower cordial and Soda Water, finished with Tajin Dust for a beverage bursting with flavour with every sip.
For something tangy and refreshing, the Lucky Shandy is a great option; made with Lucky Saint 0.5%, along with a punchy Sour Cherry, Red Grape & Hibiscus cordial, Apricot & Grape soda, and topped with Raspberry Sugar Dust. Alternatively, Lucky Saint 0.5% abv beer is also available for those keen to enjoy a full-flavoured but low-alcohol beverage. Guests can also elevate the start to 2025 with a glass of Wild Idol Naturally Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine and enjoy bubbles without the alcohol when catching up on the latest with friends.
Fruity and floral, the Rhubarb & Rosehip Highball combines Tanqueray 0%, with Rhubarb & Rosehip cordial, a zingy citric blend, and topped up with Fever-Tree Light Tonic. Meanwhile, the Stinging Collins sees the herbaceous Seedlip Garden 108 combined with a citric blend, nettle cordial, and Fever-Tree Ginger Ale.
Laura Mills, Managing Director of The Ivy Collection said:
“Dry January doesn’t need to mean staying home or abstaining from drinks that are fun and full of flavour, which is exactly what is on offer with our new Social Sips menu. After the festive season it’s natural to want to cut back on alcohol, and many of us use this as a reason to not go out and keep connected with loved ones. With the launch of our menu, we are inviting guests to join us for a drink with family and friends without compromising Dry Jan but still enjoying exciting flavours.”
So, whether January is dry, damp, or with chances of some drizzle, there’s a tipple for everyone to enjoy while connecting with family and friends at The Ivy Collection restaurants.
