This festive season, The Ivy Asia invites guests to embark on a culinary voyage like no other. From 13th November until 31st December, guests can indulge in an array of festive set menus, seasonal specials, and crafted cocktails, all designed to elevate every holiday celebration. With each extravagant dish crafted to infuse magic into the festive dining experience, visitors are guaranteed a journey of extraordinary taste and ambiance.
To elevate the festive cheer, The Ivy Asia has partnered with Laurent-Perrier Champagne to offer a holiday special. Guests can indulge in the iconic Black Shell, a lavish combination of premium sashimi and sushi, paired with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Heritage Champagne, available together as a Festive Duo for £150.
The talented culinary team has curated a festive menu that showcases an exquisite selection of seasonal dishes. Highlights include the Wagyu Beef Tataki with Black Winter Truffle, Crispy Shallots & Ponzu (£19.95), Sweet and Sour King Prawns with Toasted Sesame, Sambal Chilli, Sweet Peppers & Spring Onion (£18.25), and Sea Bass Nahm Jin with Crispy Pak Choi, Cucumber & Thai Basil Salad (£23). For a sweet treat, guests can indulge in the decadent Voyage to The Ivy Asia Reindeer with Dark Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Ice Cream & Chocolate Pearls (£11.95)
Festive Set Menu
The Ivy Asia introduces a two-course Festive Set Menu (£35pp), perfect for every occasion, from intimate family gatherings to lively reunions with friends. Diners can choose from a selection of five delicious starters and five hearty main courses. Starters include options such as King Oyster & Shiitake Gyozas, Truffled Beef Tataki and Maple & Sesame Glazed Chicken. Highlights from the main courses are Turkey Rendang Curry, Massaman Lamb and Sweet & Sour King Prawns with Toasted Sesame, Sambal Chilli, Sweet Peppers & Spring Onion. To complete the experience, guests can add a delectable dessert (additional £5) including the Reindeer with Dark Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Ice Cream & Chocolate Pearls, Doughnuts with Warm Cinnamon & Ginger, or the Sake Barrel with Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Sesame & Spiced Plum. The Festive Set Menu is available Sunday – Thursday from 5pm – close at The Ivy Asia Cardiff.
Boxing Day Brunch
On Boxing Day, guests can continue the festive celebrations with The Ivy Asia’s special brunch offering. Highlights include the Tiger Prawn & Sambal Omelette with Kimchi, Crispy Shallots & Chives(£16.95), Sesame & Honey Fried Chicken Waffles with Miso Butter & Lime (£15.95), and the mouthwatering Char Siu Pork Belly & Kimchi Egg Fried Rice with red Chilli & Crispy Wonton (£23.75). This is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the holiday spirit with friends and family.
Cocktail Menu
Three new and exclusive seasonal cocktails have been created by the in-house mixologists. The Kir Imperial (£20) combines Laurent-Perrier Rose Champagne with Lychee and Sakura Liqueur. The Midori Espresso Martini (£13) gives a fun twist to the classic cocktail, while Berries & Yuzu (£12.50) combines Casamigos Tequila with Yuzu Sake, Citric Batch and Spiced Red Berry Syrup, to toast the festive season in style.
