BBC 6 Music Fringe Festival: Red Telephone + Support at Tiny Rebel
The BBC Radio 6 Music Festival Fringe Showcase in association with Creative Wales, Tiny Rebel Cardiff & Tone Deaf Creatures presents –
Red Telephone & Special Guests Eye, Foxxglove and Tom Emlyn & Band.
Red Telephone’s richly layered neo-psych rock could have emanated from the clubs of Blade Runners dystopian L.A. Combining shimmering, angular guitars, Krautrock-inspired rhythms and New Wave-tinged synths the band has caught attention of DJs such as Steve Lamacq, Amy Lame, Huw Stephens and Janice Long. They have received support from BBC 6 Music, and their debut album is due for release in 2022.

Foxxglove – Dark & alternative pop artist inspired by the likes of Halsey & Paramore. Drawing on her own personal experiences the lyrics tell stories of toxic relationships, mental health and self-preservation.
